Written
Ali Kazma’s 2011 work Written, from the Borusan Contemporary Art Collection, features close-ups of burned papers containing quotes from philosophers like Nietzsche and Camus. The reverse flow of the video evokes a sense of preserving these fleeting moments, capturing desires oscillating between discovery and loss, transience and permanence.
