Located in Şişli, the Feriköy Latin Catholic Cemetery was founded in the mid-19th century to serve the city’s growing Latin Catholic community. As a silent witness to Istanbul’s multicultural heritage, the grounds are lined with chapels, ornate tombstones, and monuments that bear the marks of Italian, French, Spanish, Levantine, and other Catholic communities.

For more than a century, the cemetery has preserved its presence, where stone craftsmanship and sculptural details merge European artistic influences with the cosmopolitan spirit of Istanbul.
