Composer, pianist, vocalist, filmmaker, and multidisciplinary artist Samora Pinderhughes brings strikingly honest storytelling together with exceptional musicianship. Working across sound, image, and performance, he has collaborated with artists including Robert Glasper, Karriem Riggins, Common, Burniss Travis, Chief Xian aTunde Adjuah, and his sister, flutist Elena Pinderhughes. Rooted in the tradition of Black surrealism, his work uses music as a space to engage with social issues, collective experience, and transformation.
